Iron Horse Grill and Saloon
Iron Horse Grill is a great spot to hang with friends, and you’ll find them at 230 Millard Ave SW. They’re open from 11AM every day but Monday. The food here is delicious and gets served up quickly, so you can definitely squeeze in a visit here and actually sit down and enjoy your lunch. They have great drinks, too, but if you have one, please remember to drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
Their pizza is awesome. Each one is handmade, 12 inches, and comes topped with their three-cheese blend. We’re fond of the meat lovers. They also do amazing burgers here. The Fat Boy Gouda has smoked gouda, pimento cheese, and bacon. The Shovelhead is their homemade “hangover cure” and comes with an over-easy egg, bacon, and cheddar cheese. You have a brake problem if you feel a strange vibration when you hit the brakes. When you use the brakes, hydraulic pressure from the brake fluid pushes the calipers against the wheel rotors. The calipers contain brake pads, and friction between the pads and the rotors slows and stops your car.
The friction material covering is attached to the pad by a strong adhesive. If the pad gets hot, some of the adhesive can liquify and spread across the rotor. This adhesive dries, but it leaves a less level surface behind. Gradually, the rotor surface will become uneven. You’ll feel vibrations when the caliper grabs an uneven part of the rotor.
